Well then get off the couch and be active! Many sports run fun and affordable school holiday programs that young people can get involved in.

Brief description of program: Exciting range of activities including multi-sports, hip hop dance, Ark Animal Hospital visit, Territory Wildlife Park, Lakes Resort, Base Camp Wallaroo, Croc Jumping Cruise and much much more!

Dates of school holiday program: Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday from Monday 22nd June to Friday 17th July 2009.

Ages: 5 to 12

Where will the program be held? Palmerston Recreation Centre YMCA, 11 The Boulevard, Palmerston

Start time: 9.00am (Mondays & Wednesdays), 8:30am (Fridays)

Finish time: 2.00pm (Mondays & Wednesdays), 3pm (Fridays)

Is there public transport nearby? Yes, Palmerston bus depot approx. 100m down the road.

How much does it cost? $35/day (Mondays & Wednesdays), $55 (Fridays)

What do the participants need to bring? Comfortable clothing (including runners), water bottle, hat, sunscreen (plus additional items on field trip days)

Are numbers limited? If so, how many? 30 per day
