Mustard and Honey Corn on the Cob
Ingredients
2 corn cobs, halved, husks and silks removed
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
2 teaspoons margarine
Method
Combine ingredients (except corn) in a bowl and microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds. Brush corn with marinade and place in a dish. Cover with cling film and microwave on HIGH for 5-6 minutes, turning after 3 minutes to ensure even cooking.
