Frozen Fruit Blocks

Ingredients

425 g can pineapple (crushed or pieces) in natural juice
2 passionfruit (or 1/2 cup canned)
1/2 cups 100% orange juice

Method

Strain juice from canned pineapple and puree the fruit in a food processor or blender. Scoop passionfruit pulp into the pureed pineapple. Stir in the orange juice. Pour into ice block moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours. When half set, place a toothpick or popsicle stick in fruit block for fun eating.
