Heavily padded pits are provided to allow gymnasts to learn advanced aerial skills and dismounts from apparatus without risk of injury. In most instances there are multiple apparatus in each category and there are many lead up devices that facilitate the progressive development of skills. The venue provides continuous air flow while maintaining protection from rain in the wet season. Fans are provided throughout with an excellent canteen facility. PCYC provides a sprung gymnastics floor and regularly maintained apparatus for your child’s safety. Training days and times: What do they need to bring to training? PCYC Gymnastic classes start at 3.30 and are time tabled for Children to come straight from school. Often children are able to catch a school bus with no extra cost. 3.30 start times also allow some flexibility for working parents. Where are competitions held?
